there is a neutral switch on s13 gearbox and it is in loom and is connected to computer there is two switches on box neutral,revers if neutral wire earthed could posibly limit revs pin 44 green with orange trace also if u still running no relays and all wired to same point computer may be getting mixed signals ca's need ALL earths connected in correct spot or may play up
