Supercharged is another story, even so the 4agze is heavy and never outperforms
anything boosted even a 4age boosted.

The argument was a FA 4age vs an A15 turbo in my post, the FA 4age does not make anything
under 5000rpm so a boosted properly setup a15t will eat it. As for gearbox several
choices are available from Toyota and as a few have done a ford T5 using cut and shut
bellhousing. In the end a a third of the cost of a FA 4age setup.

Alot of toyota corolla people go straight to the ca18det instead of bothering with
a turbo 4age.

You have to mix and match internals to have a strong 4age in NA form and then alot
of work to make them perform beyond smaller boosted engines. The only one built right
from factory yet rare, bulky, heavy and rods are too heavy for NA.

Check the weights of the ca18de vs 4age. Id rather 200cc more and Nissan.
