Yes, the B110 and B210 (japan-made) disc brake calipers have a twin piston caliper. You have to compress the inner pistons (more than you'd think, since they are doubled) to fit the outer pad.

If you have disk brakes from another model, you may have to free up caliper sliding surfaces to fit the outer pad.

Datsun pads are really thick, but they'll fit.
