ok, as long as you have a reasonable carby and exhaust that will be fine. Uprate your valve springs if you want to rev. Youve done the right thing with high compression pistons as apparently a lumpier camshaft will reduce compression at low rpm from stock levels so you need to increase your compression ratio to compensate. Ive got dish top pistons but only because flat tops were around $600 for a set
