That was a good deal, I made an inquiry when it was selling for $4000.00 (six months ago??) and decided it was pretty damn good.

The owner is a spray painter/panel beater by trade so the paintwork is good with appropriate prep work done for a good base. I think he was doing the engine bay a little later.

I still wouldn't go it with the after market paint colour but by all means that price is very good.

The poor old 1000's just don't seem to pull the good dough..... thank god for that because that's why I like them so much. Dirt cheap, easy as 1,2,3.
