You're not going to see much of an increase in hp with the mods you have described but you will end up with a very usable street motor.
Strong accurate spark - you have done.
Refresh the head as you have planned - don't worry about stronger valve springs as the factory springs are fine for 6500.
Re-ground cam will be fine.

Not sure if you have plans to tidy up the bottom end but I would try and do that if you want a 0 hour motor with no weak spots.
