well i havent broken an ankle yet but 2 years ago i was riding my treadly down at the jumps near my house and guy i knew said that i couldnt do th biggest jump there on his bike ,so itryed the jump a heap of times on my bike and them decided to do it on his ,i had the perfect speed ,but when i got of the ground the bike nose dived but i stayed up right and my arms streched right out and then i didnt have enough time to let go of the handle bars so i went face first into the clay and my bottom lip folded over my teeth and was biten on but was hanging on by a tiny bit of meat on the left hand side ,then i stood straight up and realised what had happened ,cos of all the blood and i couldnt feel my lip at all ,so tryed to walk around (balling my eyes out) and then i tryed calling my dad to come and get me but he couldnt understand what i was saying ,and then we got in the car ,but because we were new to mandurah we didnt know were the hospital was so we drove from mandurah to armidale and i wiated for 3 hours trying to stop my face from bleading and then finaly i got my neck Xrayed and then another hour or so later i got put on to a doctor to get my lip stitched back on and after about a month of not eating a full meal i could kinda eat with a knike and fork ,and when i got home i couldnt drink out of a straw cos my face and lips were so fuked i couldnt suck anything up through the straw ,but i had a hujge graze on one side of my face and no skin on my top lip and 6 stitchs in my bottom lip and that was the last time i rode my bike on dirt jumps ,now i sometimes ride it at the skatepark ,but i love my dattos now so my 2500 dollar bike has been put in storage !!
