datto13b, have you ever driven a CA powered 1200? or compared the weight over the front wheels of a ca and rotor powered 1200?
with a half decent suspention setup there is absolutely no problems with geting round corners quickly and with weight distribution, remember that you also have a heavier gearbox in the middle of the car and a heavier diff in the back

and whats so back about the bottom end on a CA? they have poor oil drainback from the head and they have a small sump...not really the hardest things to improve on
they get starved of oil if you hold them flat out for a couple of minutes, and how often do you really do that. but its nothing a bigger sump or external return line wont fix

not saying that there is anything wrong with a rotor, they are physiscally smaller so fit a bit easier. and a worked 12a can provide more than enough power to be a whole heap of fun

wouldnt bother with an NA SR, they are heavier than a CA and take up alot more engine bay room for what? so you can say you have an SR?
