Looks like your slowly getting there Chris. Those jet sizes you have currently installed, still seem rather on the large side. I run 145 main and 45 idle/pilot and a 30 pump jet on a 1434cc A-series.
If you engine is bogging down, sounds like its over fuelling...
edit: Are you able to tune it with the jets you currently have to run lean [popping backfires through the carbs] if so, what jet sizes are they?
