check all points where there is electrical contact

eg all spark plug leads connections, coil to distributor.
maybe even check spark plugs, clean and reset. ( they wouldnt have been effected by the water but its worth checking to rule out any possibilities )

if you have time reset points

if it is electrical it would have been fixed by checking all of the above.
could be water in fuel?
how high did the water reach on the side of your car?
