between 2&3 suggest it is the gasket around the exhaust port that is leaking.

The cure is to have the manifold trued-up. It is rare for an A-series to leak here, the Nissan gaskets are good type with a stainless steel ring around the exhaust ports.

a bush fix is to use high-temp RTV, or use two exhaust gaskets (torque to specifications)
