ddgonzal,

I have had it happen before, and it is where the gasket is only about 6mm deep right at the bottom where it leakes from.

As for trueing up the face plate. I was machined agian last time it occured to be safe but i dont believe it is the issue.

My problem is temp I think as I run a common plate for inlet and exhaust as my turbo manifold as it was a space reduction excersise.
