Oh and your jetting table looks pretty good. The accelerator pump jets may need to go a little higher but I'm not familiar with the accelerator pump setup on dello's so you may get away with it (as some pumps can be adjusted to compensate for the smaller pump nozzle and instead pump a longer duration of injection). Maybe a set of 40's and 45's would be good to have on side.

Is the accelerator pump adjustable on the dellorto carburetor?

Your air corrector is also quite high so you may want some a little lower than that perhaps around the 180 mark. But what you have there will run on the motor, I guess you won't really know till you some road runs or dyno sessions.
