try this....if there isnt fuel in the filter use and air blower down the fuel line to the tank and see if it comes out, then put the filter back on. Take the fuel line off where it attaches to the carby and get your mate to crank it over and see if it comes out the hose. If it doesnt then there is probably a blockage some where if it does then there is something blocking the carby. this is where you chuck the air blower through the carby to blow it out and hopefully dislodge the stuff out
