Datsfullysik - thanks for a little confidence in regards to this possible strengthening attempt. I am asking the question cause if i was an engineer i wouldn't like to see bent up rails with new floor pans on a over powered ute when i went to sign it off lol. So how far did you go with the rhs under the floor?
Wardy - If you say it can be done then i believe you...Do you want to do it lol. Joking mate i think it will be a nice clean look under there so will give it a crack and see how it pans out. Or if i can un stitch the floor pans that are there and straiten the rails while there still in...? Then strengthen them after. Hmmm ideas ideas. I wished i had a welder and some skills with them. Il be going to my uncles factory to play around with this stuff so i hope it pans out ok

For a cheap car these datos can get super expensive....! All the bits for my ute have been acquired, I only need time and a panel beater/painter! Anyone able to help
