I agree with Dattoboy that the Ottomoto kits are probably the best value.
For $299 you get the sleeve kit that you can convert your struts to coilovers with and then another $299 for the adjustable camber tops. They do them for all different sizes of strut tube. Most notably for the Stanza conversion they come in the 51mm outer diameter.
Obviously you still need to factor in a new set of inserts that are short enough to keep the springs captive when the car is jacked up and the labour if your.
When you factor in everything it is a bloody expensive exercise but well worth it.
Then there's the brake upgrades........
