I double checked and the Monroes are a strut insert too so I hope the price is resonable.

I cant find any KYB stuff for a B310 (only 210) and Monroe say in their catalogue that the ones they have for the B310 in fact are Heavy Duty. So seeing as I already got their shocks in the back I reckon I'll get their strut inserts for up front and King springs too (Monroe and kings sort of go hand in hand too - keeps things "nice" lol).
