Agro, as the title states, you have sold something "you don't have". You may have owned it but you didn't possess it so you probably shouldn't have listed it for sale until you knew you would be able to deliver the goods. I know when I've forked out my hard earned I want that item yesterday! Us Datto owners are a frugal bunch and struggle to part with our hard earned so something like this is more offensive than shagging his missus! You're saying you never made threats against his family and yet you post things like- "...meet up with anyone of you and sort out our differences.." which where I come from means I'm gunna kick your arse. This is perhaps a snapshot of your persona and suggests that threats of some variety have been made. If you still have the diff, send it to the bloke like promised or give him his money back, simple!

Nickmitty- Clearly you're far from in the clear either. I can understand that you're frustrated by buying something and then not getting it. It's something that we should not have to deal with in the tight know Datto community and a fear that probably makes people reluctant to trade for fear of getting ripped! In the short time I've been part of this forum I've bought heaps of stuff from members and found all of them to be awesome and very helpful. I'm sure if someone dudded me whether intentionally or not, I would be pissed. But......... Putting agros real name on the forum is totally wrong and hopefully just a frustrated action. The police avenue should have been the first plan of attack, not public name and shame. Totally not acceptable. I still think you should go back and delete any personal details from your posts. I'm happy for anyone to know my name on here but under the right circumstances!

In closing my findings (!!), let's grow up boys, admit that you've both gone about things incorrectly and resolve it like true members of the passionate Datto community. Agro- pay the man back his money or give him his diff (posted for free as you have said you would), Nickmitty- remove all posts from this forum with Agros personal details and then we can all go back to one big happy family!
