I still dont understand the obsession with rev potential of an engine, for me its nothing more than bragging rights. Why rev an engine [A13 in this case] past the point of useful Peak HP development. I am more interested in an engines ability to spin up, i.e time taken from low to high revs as well as de-accelerate, high to low revs. Reving engines to the extreme will drirectly impact on an engines reliability and logivity [spelling]
