Hi guys,

I was wondering if I could call on the collective wisdom to help answer a question regarding rear beaver replacement.

I have removed the old beaver which was non factory (2mm steel folded up).

The new repro section is ready to fit, but do I fit it over lapping the tail light ends or under?

I am assuming the beaver outer edge should line up and flow in a straight line into the tail light corners if possible.

this should be a relatively easy job but I want to be sure as my factory reference points are probably out from previous repairs. I think the tray lip has been knocked in to make the previous repair fit... leaves me with a bit of a gap that needs to be filled.

any pics would be useful. Have searched but not come up with alot, except for one pic in "AW's build" whcih I cant tell how the panel meets.

Cheers

Ed
