Yeah the late ute LCA's use a different ball joint or put another way the bolt hole spacings are different from earlier 1200 Lca's. If you look at steering arms the early 1200 ones wont go over the ball joint but the later ones do as do late 120y steering arms and there identical to late ute. The early castor rods wont fit either due to bolt hole spacing again. Hence why we use late 120y or late ute ones.
