To answer the first question yes there is a difference between late and early 1200 LCA's. As for number 1. I cant confirm if early 1200 and early B210 are the same but i know Number 2.late 1200 and B210 are the same. If what you have pictured is an early 1200 Ball joint next to a late 1200 Ball joint then yes they are different.
