i have got 13 x 8 with +3 offset but i have also got 185/65 tires stretched on and they sit about 20mm out of the guard but dont rub as i havent gone low enough for that to happen yet

also if you want to try and work it out a bit better you can use this website first as it gives the changes in how far out the rim will poke and how much diff the inset will be as well to the current wheel details
