Hey guys,

just taking the car for a drive when the engine starts over revving. When I mean over revving I mean to redline and beyond so that I could hear valve bounce.

I checked the throttle cable: all ok, not staying open.

The only other thing I thought it could be was a broken fuel regulator.

It wouldn't stop revving until I turned the ignition off. It did puzzle me that it didn't run out of air even though the throttle was closed.

any ideas?
