Yes, only the A14 has enough torque to pull the 3.7 gear and still meet Datsun's minimum acceleration goals.


Datsun 1000 and Datsun 1200 used H145, which was not available in 3.7 ratio.

HB37 was an H150, 3.700:1 ratio
