I went with an AGM battery from Absorbed Power Batteries, for my racecar, they are cheap and reliable From memory the battery was less than $85. I went with one of their GT12-18HR [HR = High rate]. It starts a high comp A series with ease. The battery is mounted in the cabin area. They are a QLD supplier, but distribute through Supercharge batteries n NSW, [maybe the same in VIC]
