Hi Nabeel, Welcome to the club!
It sounds to me like there is some rust or scale in the carby from the tank. It is probably blocking the jets.You will have to pull the top off the carb to clean it out.
Are you running a good fuel filter before the carb?
Maybe put a filter before the pump aswell, especially if there is a chance that the tank isn`t rust free.
