Well finally I have got my gearbox issues sorted and are now the proud owner of a 60L box with a Cooke Motorsport close ratio kit- one of five ever made. First impressions are very good with this box being all about the first 4 gears then a bit of a gap from 4th to 5th whereas the 56A c/r box that I had was all about 2nd-5th. One small issue that I have is that I can't quite get the clutch adjusted up correctly. While its working fine I am not quite getting full travel on the pedal when I push it hard in and it appears that the problem is the clutch fork needing to be either shimmed at the pivot ball or behind the thrust bearing to get it further forward which all seems a bit odd as it is exactly the same clutch fork and thrust bearing that I used with the 56A box. Which raises the question is the clutch fork on the 56 and 60 series boxes the same? Cheers Dave
