Nissan calls that the air injection Check Valve.

Most just unscrew it and put a pipe plug in it. No one sells a delete kit.

Others leave a bit of the hose on it and jamb a LARGE bolt in it.

The most elegant solution is to replace the Thermostat Housing with a non-air injection kind.
