Move the glass into the rear part of the door frame, don't move the frame.

The other part the glass frame is the quarter window assembly. The has to be moved into place.

Cut the bailey stripping at a 45 so when the quarter window ASSY is inserted it will match up to the baily stripping in the top of the door frame.
