The way I see it you have 3 options:
1 - Cut your losses and sell it as is for $5-6K, maybe a lil more. its what the market will bear
2 - Part it out
3 - Finish it and sell it for a reasonable amount
Ive been following the FS thread for a while cause I am semi keen on the driveline & diff to get my coupe running again while the new motor is built, but I have no use for the shell and other parts and $10K is too much for me and I daresay for most people interested in it for this reason. Even someone looking to build a 1200 exactly this way is staring down the barrel of at least $5k to do paint & get parts made, wiring, tune, rego etc and there are enough already finished 15K 1200's with some pretty sweet fruit out there.
