Ai, you are correct. I was making a comparison to the DHLA/DCOE/PHH bolt patterns, which are identical.

The early PHH carburetor (the more uncommon type, such as the units pictured in the above link) have a much closer bore spacing, providing a better flow path into the closely spaced inlet ports of our beloved A-series.

DHLB are the Dellorto equivalent of the Mikuni Early PHH and the DCOP are the Weber equivalent.

Here are some 35 DHLB carbs, much smaller than DHLA:
