I am going to keep it very brief and short... I don't really want to bad mouth anyone.. I brought a set of the " race/street " tops, the build quilty of the product is great.. definitely no issue with that !! the problem I had was once I received my tops we tried putting them in the car, no problems !! all fitted nicely... the issue was when we tried to increase negative camber... we could get 0.5 degree " MAX " I called Kevin at K-mac and talked to him about the issue, he was very helpful and talked me through some ways to achieve what I wanted.... still could not achieve nothing close to the claims on there website.. so this time I got my uncle to call him ( ex Indy car / V8 super car machanic ) Kevin was extremely defensive and hanged up on my uncle at least 3 times because " he was waisting his time " Kevin then said he would fax instruction on how to achieve max castor/camber.... which were not avaible on there website to be viewed before buying the kit... the instruction said " we " the consumer, the person that has brought the product ( $400, maybe more can't remember now )has to TRIM the plates to achieve more because it hits the inner wall of the strut tower... this is the part where consumer afairs was brought into the game.
on there website they state " 14 day money back on purchase price of kit " Kevin would not honour it !!!
I ended up getting the money back...
Oh and after 50 of these kits sold... I was sent drawings of there " new " datsun 1200 strut tops... so they 're designed this product !!!
there is so much more I could say but I think that's enough...
