I had the same thing happen to mine after a simple coolant flush i took it to a local mechanic who said i had a blown head gasket and quoted me a ridiculous amount to fix but then i asked my brother who is a mechanic and he emptied the radiator and noticed all the little holes at the top were blocked and full of gunk and then i took it in got it cleaned out for $80 and havent had a problem since that was 1 and a half years ago i also got new hoses a new radiator cap and a new thermostat and thermostat housing gasket. Goodluck
