Android is $25 to put apps on the Play Store. iPhone is $99/year.

It took me only two days to create my first Android app and put it on the Store, including downloading the development software and learning it.

It took me one day to create the Datsun1200.com launcher app and get it on the Play Store. Granted it doesn't do a lot ... but on App Store it might take days to appear online.
