The series II Bluebird centre will fit into 1200 ute diff housing no problems. Only difference will be the ratio as the utes came with a 4.11 centre & the bluebirds had either 3.7 or 3.9. I fitted one up behind a 5 speed in my old ute and it was much easier to drive at highway speeds. If u want to put rear disks on to, look for some off the Bluebird TRX.
