More or less. Compared to 1970-1973 A12, an A14 has:
* short water pump + less offset fan
* slightly higher pressure fuel pump
* distributor rotated differently with different plate

These three things make no difference is a swap, they connect the same way. They only make a difference if you try to put them on an A12.
