yep - essentially just fabricate a couple of plates and a pipe joining them together. One plate would have the bolt pattern/hole to match the supercharger intake, and the other plate would suit the bolt pattern of the carburettor. The pipe would join the two, and might have a 90 degree bend (albeit as softly curved as possible) or two so that it could position the carb upright (or sideways, in the case of any sidedraught carb). You might also add a few bits and pieces to the plates to help with locating a throttle cable, and return spring and such.
