Fix the leak first. Is it leaking at the wheel cylinder? Leaking at the reservoir? Find the leak for sure so you know which part needs replacement.
After checking I see that 120Y w/o booster uses same master cylinder (11/16"). But drum vs disc/drum differs. The one on eBay does not show the push rod, so I'd pass on it. Maybe you can swap pushrods, maybe not. All the 1200 ones I've seen come with pushrods which are not normally detachable without partial disassembly. Units meant for a brake booster come without pushrod.
