Like I said before, I'm not mad about the misunderstanding on ownership of the Chickenhawk. I just wanted to clear the issue up
As for the 210 wagon, I'd say if you can drag the whole thing home there are lots of parts on that you might want.
First off, I would suggest the entire front suspension. You'll want everything: lower arms, steering knuckle, strut tube, T/C rod, brakes... everything from the crossmember out. This fits rather nicely and gets you bigger strut tubes and brakes.
The rear axle would be a good plan too as it would give you bigger ring and pinion and bigger brakes.
I have never done a crossmember swap, so I don't know if that will help you.
I'm sure there are a plethora of other things you could canibalize, but I can't think of them just now.
Once again, I'd say drag the whole thing home.
