really? no emmissions but you cant have bumperettes? Even German bmw 2002 got away with more in that era. When the time comes after its on the road leagally, you could use halve alloy tubing also with bends rounded off all polished. Im surprised at what passes for bumpers for some other non japanese cars! Good luck its a good base
