Yea, in the 70s the US started using those horrid bumpers on everything. Its funny, as long as we have something that looks like a bumper, we are legal. That's why I plan on getting the non-US spec bumpers once I begin body work and paint prep.
Even though my 620 did not come from the factory with a rear bumper, they have pulled me over for not having one till I show them the owner's manual. I got tired of explaining it and put the dealer added step bumper back on.
I really like the front and rear non-us spec bumpers. Not really a fan of the bumperettes on the B210s.
