Dodgy as fix to glue something over the top :/
$900 is a reasonable price as it fits straight in, you'd be looking at around that for a custom floor, that could possible be 2-3x heavier.
My floor is a bit dinged up, but once painted black it blends in more, and i am going to be using it as a ute so it doesn't make sense to buy a brand new floor when its going to be dinged up almost straight away.
