So a rough estimate would be around $60 or $70 a set depending on final finish. Obviously powdercoating will have higher costs than just coating them with a spray can. I am not sure if people would prefer a final completed strut top end for $70 or a "DIY" kit with just 6 pieces of mild steel for $35 ??

Anyway here is the design that I have come up on my own in 3d. Do you think it is worth doing this again? I would need everyone to pitch in before I pull the trigger on laser cutting. I would also need someone to test fit a few prototypes.
