a cheap way for rear drums is to upgrade to bluebird or 910 drums from h165 or h190 just using the internals then slap on 260z finned alloy drums. The parts are easy to get for replacements and will give easier breaking as long as you dont go overboard with tightening or adjustment too high. A datsun 1000 race car had these on the rear on shortened H190 along with the front sporting smallish front discs but 4 spot calipers.
