60 degree angle between banks
3.4-liter 32-valve DOHC V8
235 horsepower at 6100 rpm
230 foot-pounds of torque at 4800 rpm
Cast in the Windsor plant, assembled by Yamaha. Head design by Yamaha. Block design by Ford (just like the SHO V6).

The block is similar to the Ford Duratec 2.5 litre V6. bellhousing is Duratech and Zetech pattern (think German Ford 2.8 V6).
