I don't think anyone has done it yet. Blow-thru yes, blow-thru bike carbs no. But should work just like dual DCOE blow through setups. There are tons of different bike carbs, and using a hatted setup is a little more easily done than boxing the carbs (for 5-10 psi boost, which is all you'd want without an intercooler anyways).
