I did some quick guesstimation and this looks about right. I figured 19lbs/hr might work, but would be closer to limit. You can always increase fuel pressure, but the injectors will have a maximum pressure rating.

You could look at it by horsepower. The 19lbs/hr are good for about 300 hp (?) on a V8 depending on pressure, so should be good for 150hp on a four cylinder.
