I highly doubt it would be allowed to be registered. when i got my engineering done I think for a turbocharged motor in a vehicle under 1100kgs, the cc's cant exceed 2.5 times the standard weight of the vehicle, with a 120y, that works out to be around 2100cc from memory, so sr and ca were ok. a 13B is only 1300cc but are calculated to be 2600cc, due to the capacitie they displace per revolution (or something along those lines, cant word it properly).
