I wouldn't worry about using a gasket. Just use high temperature rtv ( silicon
Make sure that you wipe you finger around the inner edge of each of the primaries so as to avoid the silicon spilling out into the edge of the port as the headers are tightened up against the head. I have done this for years and never had an issue.
Re the inlet I use Loctite Master Gasket.
